The hotel was fairly clean and family-friendly. The staff were outstandingly accommodating and super-friendly. The check-in process was efficient, and we were able to have a late check-out. The pool was very clean and relaxing. The hotel is situated in a great location near pubs and bars.

Value for money. Not very far from Hershey attractions! Choice of indoor and outdoor pools. Complimentary breakfast is a good add-on. Huge parking space, no hassles driving in and out.

Didn't like to see our room left open when we came back in the evening but I'm sure it must be a one off case of room clearances. There was a bug in the hair dryer which was promptly replaced upon request!

I will not stay here again you do not have an honest staff there was a $30. add on my bill that I did not make when I ask for a copy at the desk the person on duty would not give me one so when I got home I checked my Bank account and found the charge. your staff is not honest.

Comfortable pet-friendly 🐾 double room with 2 recently renovated beds. The room had a cozy standard design and amenities like climate control, armchairs, and a carpet for a homely feel. It's just a quick 9-mile drive to the airport for convenience.

The advertising pictures depicted a very nice looking "hotel", when in reality, it was a remodeled motel from decades back. The room was small, loud noise of drunks right outside of our door every night and crowded parking due to the bar next door and other events. I could not use the coffee maker because it was unclean and dirty with dust. There were very few channels to choose from on the TV and not even a blanket on the bed. When we turned the bath vent fan on to get showered you could smell the cigarette smoke, which was disgusting and evidence that it was not always a smoke free room.

Hotel was very nice

I didn't like that you had to walk outside to get to the indoor pool. There was no changing room at the pool area. Made for a very cold walk back to our room.

The hotel rooms are brand new with free WiFi and come equipped with a microwave. the attentive staff and fantastic location make Park Inn By Radisson Harrisburg West a great choice. They offer excellent service overall.

Our heater didn't work, however,it was repaired. Loud music from another room all night. Could hear people clearly in other rooms. Distance from main office to room. Bldgs not clearly labeled. Some staff weren't very knowlegable when asked questions.Room looked in disrepair, unlike the online photo. Big disappointment!

We stayed in a recently renovated room that was top-notch. The room was equipped with beer bottles, a coffee maker, and a comfortable bedroom. The breakfast provided was hot and had a variety of options. The hotel's location was ideal, close to a bar/nightclub called Hardwired, as well as stores and an airport shuttle.

Location based on our reason of our vacation was very good. The hotel restaurant was very good. Lots of good restaurants very close. Friendly staff.

Noisey due to the interstate. Didn't get our king size bedroom as requested, instead we were given a room with two double beds. Door was very hard to open and close. Depending on the time of the day the hot water would get colder. Remote didn't work, front desk told us they would fix it. Never got fixed.

Location is excellent. Easy access to highways and shopping.

Poor service: Rooms were not ready when checked in - several hours after the check in time. Cleaning staff left the room unlocked and door wide open. Towels are not changed with room cleaning. One room had water dripping from the ceiling. Each time we called the font desk response was "Manager will call to discuss" - so far this has not happened (three days after the check out!).
